This add-on gives eligible rental inquiries a phone response using your listing facts and showing instructions. Your web form uses one fixed consent box, unchecked by default:
"By checking this box, I agree that [Your business name] may call me at the phone number above about my request, including calls made with automated technology and an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I can say "stop" on any call and I won't be called again."
Only checked-box inquiries qualify; your business keeps consent records. Calls go out within about a minute, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. the lead's time, otherwise the next morning, only to the 50 US states.
Follow the consent, calling-window and retry rules
An eligible form inquiry gets one call attempt and one retry, within 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the recipient's time zone. Opt-out requests are honored at once.

- Keep attempts limitedMake one call attempt plus one retry for the inquiry.

The follow-up conversation answers the rental inquiry using your supplied business and listing facts. The receptionist states that it is a virtual assistant and that the call is recorded, then gathers the details for a showing appointment or your team's callback.
Calls take place within our stated local-time window, with one attempt and one retry. The service does not run a repeated calling campaign. If the prospect asks to stop, we honor the opt-out at once. Your call notification includes the summary, urgency tag, transcript and recording, giving the leasing team the conversation record when it takes the next step.
Prepare the consent form, listing answers and next step
You supply a web form with written consent naming your business, keep the consent records and provide the rental facts. Then choose appointment booking into Google Calendar or details for your callback.
- Name your businessPut your business name in the form's consent request.
- Keep consent recordsYour business remains responsible for the permission behind follow-up calls.
- Define the next stepChoose appointment booking or an inquiry for staff callback.

Setup needs both permission and useful answers for the conversation. Your form must include the consent box naming your business, and you remain responsible for the consent records. During onboarding, provide the property details your receptionist may discuss and your instructions for showing inquiries.
Decide whether a prospect should leave callback details or book an appointment into Google Calendar. Keep rent, availability and pet policies current so follow-up answers match the facts you supply. Tell the AI in plain words when those instructions change. If you also handle incoming prospect calls, review our leasing call workflow when preparing the information both conversations need.
Limit follow-up to eligible inquiries and staff-led decisions
Follow-up is limited to people who submitted your web form and checked the consent box naming your business. The receptionist uses your listing facts; your team handles screening, approvals and unresolved property questions.
- Require a form inquiryCall only people who submitted your own web form.
- Require written permissionThe person must check a consent box naming your business.
- Reserve staff decisionsLeave screening and rental approval with your leasing team.

A web-form submission and the checked consent box are both required before this add-on can call. Entering a phone number alone does not qualify an inquiry. Your business is responsible for keeping the consent records behind each follow-up request.
During the conversation, your receptionist answers from the listing facts you supply and gathers details for a showing appointment or callback. Screening and rental approval remain your team's responsibility. An appointment records the next step in your leasing process; your staff handles application questions and checks any property information that is missing. We honor opt-outs at once and limit attempts to one call plus one retry.

The browser prospect scenario lets you hear how the receptionist handles questions about a fictional rental. Use it to assess the conversation you want after a prospect answers a follow-up call. Listen to its introduction, ask about pets and request the next step toward a showing.
This is a browser conversation with a fictional business, not a timed outbound test of your web form. After trying it, request a free trial; we'll email your sign-in link when ready, then you complete onboarding with your own facts. Treat the follow-up add-on as a separate setup task: prepare written consent naming your business, retain the records and choose the appointment or callback process your team will use.
Common questions
How quickly does rental inquiry follow-up happen?
The add-on calls eligible web-form inquiries within about a minute during its calling window of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the recipient's local time. That describes the intended call timing, not a promise the prospect will answer. The service allows one attempt plus one retry.
What consent does my web form need for this service?
Our follow-up service requires prior express written consent through a checked box naming your business, alongside the person's web-form inquiry. Your business keeps the consent records. A submitted phone number by itself does not qualify the inquiry for a call through this add-on.
Does the AI identify itself on follow-up calls?
Yes. The receptionist starts by identifying itself as a virtual assistant and telling the person the call is recorded. That notice cannot be disabled. It then handles the rental inquiry using the information and instructions you provided, rather than pretending to be a member of your leasing staff.
What happens if the prospect asks us to stop calling?
We honor opt-out requests at once. Without an opt-out, the service still limits an inquiry to one attempt and one retry during its calling window. It does not continue dialing through a campaign, and your business remains responsible for the consent records supporting the original follow-up request.
Can a follow-up call arrange a showing appointment?
Yes. The receptionist can book an appointment into Google Calendar or gather the prospect's details for your callback. It answers unit questions from your supplied facts. Your staff handles access arrangements that need its attention, any unanswered listing questions and all screening or rental approval decisions.
